Section 123.7

Time limit

Any complaint concerning psychological harassment must be filed within two years of the last incidence of the offending behaviour.

2002, c. 80, s. 68.

Interpretation

This is a condition that gives rise to this recourse. The computation of the two years time period is established from the last incidence of psychological harassment. Consequently, the last incidence of such behaviour cannot date back more than two years.
