Section 123.11

Contract of employment

If the employee is still bound to the employer by a contract of employment, the employee is deemed to be at work during mediation sessions.

Interpretation

In such a case, the employee is deemed to be at work and the employer will have to pay him the wage agreed upon, corresponding to the working hours for the employee.
