Labour Standards

The prohibition against employing a child to work between 11 p.m. on any given day and 6 a.m. on the following day does not apply to work that is creation or interpretation in the following fields of artistic endeavour: the performing arts including theatre, opera, music, dance and variety entertainment, the making of films and records and other sound recordings, dubbing and the recording of commercials.
