Act respecting labour standards
Section 40.1
Section 40 does not apply to an apprentice who participates in an apprenticeship scheme established under the Act to foster the development of manpower training (chapter D-7.1).
The minimum wage payable to such an employee is the wage determined in his respect pursuant to a regulation under that Act.
