Service des renseignements
The staff of the Service des renseignements will answer your questions concerning the Act respecting labour standards, its regulations and the National Holiday Act. They will also provide information on the procedures that should be followed to file a complaint with the Commission des normes du travail. This service is offered Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
