Five new guilty verdicts added to the list of employers having violated the Act
On February 25, 2009, Les Combustions Brassard et fils and its director Noël Brassard of the Saguenay—Lac-Saint-Jean region, Oberoi Express restaurant located in Bromont, Boucherie Proulx et associés ltée of Asbestos, Salon Café Bistro of Lac-Brome and Les Rapides of Sherbrooke, a delivery service, were all ordered to pay a fine for having refused to present the register of wages of their employees.
