Some employers refuse to provide the Commission des normes du travail with the register of wages of their employees.
In early October, Steven Remorquage inc. and its director Steven Cloran, the director of Clinique dentaire Tuong-Van, Tuong-Van Huynh-Bao, Orderin inc. and its director Marouf Mousa, as well as Délices de Chine restaurant and its director Gerry Lee were all ordered to pay fines varying between $850 and $1,700 for having refused to provide the register of wages of their employees. The enterprises and directors in question operate in the Montréal and Laval regions.
