The Report on the 2010 Survey on the Rate of Compliance with the Act is now Available
The Commission has posted the complete report on the 2010 Survey on the Rate of Compliance with the Act on its Web site today (French only). The survey was conducted on 4 000 non-unionized employees subject to the Act respecting labour standards to collect information about their conditions of employment and check the act’s application.
