The sample pay sheet will allow you to compare this sheet with the one that you are required to remit to your employees. The elements that the pay sheet contains must allow the employee to check the accuracy of his wages.
To help you calculate the wages and the various indemnities (statutory holidays, annual leaves, leaves for family or parental reasons and termination of employment), we suggest that you use the calculation tools developed by the Commission des normes du travail. However, these tools do not deal with all situations.
As soon as you access the questionnaire, you will be able to go from one step to the next by using the numbered navigation bar at the top of each page, or by using the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom of each page.
Moreover, as you proceed through the questionnaire, balloon helps will be available to explain certain notions and to provide clarifications about the instructions. These balloon helps are accessible by the preceding icon.
If you do not answer an obligatory question on the questionnaire, a message will be displayed under that question. The preceding icon will appear to identify the message.
