In the case of a termination of pregnancy or a premature birth, the employee must, as soon as possible, give written notice to the employer informing the employer of the event and the expected date of her return to work, accompanied with a medical certificate attesting to the event.

The employee is under the obligation to notify her employer in writing as soon as possible in the event of a termination of pregnancy or premature delivery. This notice must be accompanied with the required medical certificate.
