Section 1

Is exempt from Division VI.1 of the Act respecting labour standards (R.R.Q., c. N-1.1):

1. an employee who works exclusively as a fireman;
2. an employee who is a member of the Sûreté du Québec;
3. an employee who takes an early retirement because of health reasons, accumulated holidays or for any other reason before the date on which division VI.1 of the act comes into force in his case.
