Section 112
Amount paid to employee
If the employer fails to pay such amount within the time fixed in section 111, the Commission may, of its own authority in the cases provided by regulation made under paragraph 6 of section 29, pay the amount to the employee to the extent provided for in paragraph 6 of section 39.
Subrogation
The Commission is thereupon substituted in all the rights of the employee up to the amount thus paid.(NOT IN FORCE)*
