Requirements
The notice of collective dismissal must be transmitted to the Minister at the place determined by regulation and contain the prescribed information.

The details of the content of the notice are found in section 35.0.2 RLS. This notice must be sent to the Ministère de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale.
